Qountless Water is designed as a local-first desktop and tablet application. Qountless does not operate a public browser-based creative workspace or a public media upload-and-processing service.

Information we may process

When public accounts and billing open, this may include account information, subscription and order records, support messages, essential security logs, and only the information needed for a user-initiated connected AI task. We will publish the exact data-region and processor list before enabling public accounts or payment.

Your local material

Editing source material and exports stay on your device unless you deliberately initiate a connected feature. We do not represent that every connected provider or legal retention requirement can offer instantaneous physical deletion.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, export or an explanation of applicable processing by emailing social@curvapex.com. Before public launch, this notice will be finalized against the actual overseas infrastructure, payment provider and service providers.
